This section of our website details research projects that might be available to prospective students, volunteers or professional researchers. They are defined in general terms in categories rather than being specifically offered as, for example, one-year honours projects or (minimum) three year doctoral projects; you should contact us to speak to the relevant staff member about possibilities for adapting the projects to your requirements. The list of projects is not exhaustive, and in most cases there is also scope for joining current projects. Environment ( 1 items ) A wide array of specialist scientific applications are employed as part of environmental research. Geoarchaeology ( 1 items ) A listing of projects using geoarchaeological techniques, in particular ground penetrating radar (GPR) and the measurement of electromagnetic induction for the discovery and mapping of subsurface archaeological remains. GIS/Remote Sensing/Mapping ( 1 items ) Our project specializes in the use of GIS and remote sensing for the discovery and mapping of archaeological features and for monitoring of the Angkor World Heritage site.
